At TheGDKstore, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of some of our product offerings, we have strict hygiene standards to protect all our customers.
Hygiene & Safety (The “Non-Returnable” List)
For health and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging or hygiene seal has been tampered with:
Intimate Wellness: Adult toys and Menstrual Cups.
Adhesives: Boob tapes (once the seal is broken).
Intimate Apparel: Lingerie.
Shapewear: Due to the direct skin contact of these garments, they are only eligible for return if they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging (box, pouch, or vacuum seal).
Free of any scents (perfume, deodorant), stains, or pet hair.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our brand. If your item arrives damaged or if an electronic item (like an adult toy) has a manufacturer defect:
- Please reach out to our support team on WhatsApp or Email [thegdkstore@gmail.com] within 48hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo/video of the defect.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and issue a replacement.
How to Start a Return
- Email [thegdkstore@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions.
Note: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [e.g., 5-10] business days.
Rejected: Items that do not meet our hygiene standards will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
